Published & Active From: 19 October 2026 (UTC) | Prior Versions: None

This document defines the contractual boundaries governing commercial transactions for software applications developed by Workflow Native Apps LTD ("the Company").

1. NO DIRECT CONTRACT OF SALE

The Company does not process point-of-sale transactions, host checkout carts, manage payment gateways, issue commercial invoices, or collect payments from consumers on this website. No contract of sale is formed between you and Workflow Native Apps LTD through this platform.

2. THE MERCHANT OF RECORD (MoR) FRAMEWORK

All financial transactions, payments, and order fulfillment are handled exclusively by independent third-party digital storefronts and Merchants of Record (MoR), including but not limited to the Microsoft Store (Microsoft Corporation), Apple App Store (Apple Inc.), and Snapcraft (Canonical Ltd.).

• Contractual Counterparty: Your legal contract of sale is established strictly between you and the respective third-party Merchant of Record or native storefront processing the transaction.
• Financial Processing: The relevant MoR or storefront acts as the legal seller of the software license. They are solely responsible for processing payments, verifying card data, managing transaction security, issuing receipts, and handling localized tax compliance.
• Billing Disputes and Refunds: Inquiries relating to payment errors, billing discrepancies, transactional processing, or statutory refund requests must be directed to the support infrastructure of the specific marketplace or MoR through which the transaction was executed. The Company cannot modify financial transactions, access payment logs, or issue direct refunds.

3. LICENSING DISTINCTION

Your legal right to install and utilize the software application binary is governed strictly by a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) associated with that software application, which you must accept during the respective installation sequence.

4. LIMITATION OF TRANSACTIONAL LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Workflow Native Apps LTD accepts no liability for payment failures, fraudulent transactions, unauthorized account charges, localized tax miscalculations, or billing disruptions occurring on or through third-party marketplace infrastructure.
