1. AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTION PATHWAYS
The Company distributes its proprietary software applications and licensing rights exclusively through verified [OS-]native digital marketplaces and independent Merchants of Record (MoR). The entities listed below are the sole authorized commercial partners permitted to act as the legal sellers of our software licenses:

2. CONTRACTUAL INDEPENDENCE
The authorized platforms listed above operate as independent data controllers and legal sellers of our software licenses. All point-of-sale operations, commercial invoicing, local sales tax validation, currency exchanges, and transactional records are managed entirely by these platforms under their respective corporate terms and conditions. The Company does not maintain direct API connections or shared transaction databases with these entities.
3. UNAUTHORIZED RESELLERS AND FRAUD WARNING
• Third-Party Key Resellers: The Company does not issue standalone licensing keys, activation codes, or digital tokens to third-party discount key storefronts, auction websites, or peer-to-peer distribution networks. Any license key or download voucher acquired outside our authorized marketplaces is considered invalid and counterfeit.
• Binary Invalidation: The acquisition of software executables or configuration files from unauthorized mirrors, file-sharing platforms, or cracked repositories violates the Company's intellectual property rights. The Company reserves the right to technically block, revoke, or terminate application operations for software downloaded through unauthorized channels.
• Security Disclaimer: The Company accepts no liability for financial loss, data compromise, or malware infections resulting from the use of unauthorized distribution channels or counterfeit software copies.
